Hydrostatic Pressure & Burst Tester (1-10 Stations)

The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is a modular system designed to determine the resistance of thermoplastic pipes and fittings to internal hydraulic pressure. Available in configurations from 1 to 10 independent pressure lines, this device performs both long-term hydrostatic strength tests and short-term burst tests. It features a 7-inch color touch screen, Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity for remote PC control, and an internal memory capable of logging 10,000 hours of test data, ensuring full compliance with ISO 1167 and ASTM D1598.

Description

Hydrostatic Pressure & Burst Tester: The Standard for Pipe Certification

For any manufacturer of polymer pipes (PE, PP, PVC), the Hydrostatic Pressure Test is the most critical quality benchmark. It simulates the lifespan of a pipe under stress. Our Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine is engineered to deliver precise, stable pressure for thousands of hours, ensuring your products meet the durability standards of the oil, gas, and construction industries.

Modular Design: 1 to 10 Stations

Every laboratory has different throughput needs. This system is fully customizable:

  • Independent Control: Each pressure line operates independently. You can run a burst test on Line 1 while running a 1000-hour creep test on Line 2 simultaneously.
  • Dual Testing Modes: The machine performs both Hydrostatic Tests (maintaining constant pressure to check for leaks) and Burst Tests (increasing pressure at a defined rate until failure).

Smart Connectivity and Data Security

Long-term testing requires absolute data security. This device protects your results:

  • Built-in Data Logger: With storage for up to 10,000 hours of data, the machine continues to record even if the connection to the PC is lost.
  • Wi-Fi & LAN Connection: Connect the machine to your lab network to monitor pressure graphs, temperature, and time remotely via our advanced PC software.

Complete Your Testing Setup

Hydrostatic tests must be conducted at specific temperatures (often 20°C, 60°C, or 95°C). To create this controlled environment, this pressure unit should be connected to our specialized Hot Air Oven for Hydrostatic Pressure Test (or a water tank), ensuring the pipe sample is conditioned exactly as required by the standard.

International Standards Compliance

This system is calibrated to meet the rigorous requirements of:

  • ISO 1167: Thermoplastics pipes, fittings and assemblies — Determination of resistance to internal pressure.
  • ASTM D1598 and ASTM D1599 (Short-Time Hydraulic Failure Pressure).
